NO. That is not enough.. You will wreck your health. If you are gonna diet, at least eat a salad for lunch and a 3 oz piece of broiled or grilled chicken for dinner with some kind of veggie.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

No, its not good. If you dont eat anything, your body goes into starvation mode and that yogurt you had gets stored entirely as body fat.
Try eating sensibly, heres what I eat (I am doing weight watchers, and am 6'2" Male)
Breakfast - Cereal + Milk (3/4 cups cereal enough 2% or skim to make it wet)
Snack - Carrot Sticks - Approx 20
Lunch - Wrap - (Low Carb tortilla, 2 oz ham or chicken, honey mustard and 1 slice of reduced fat/fat free cheese)
Snack - 1 one hundred calorie snack pack
Dinner - Low Point frozen meal (Smart Ones look for the ones approx 5 points)
Snack - More carrots
Desert - Smart Ones Mississippi Mud Pie or Key Lime Pie or Weight Watchers Ice Cream Sandwich.
I usually eat a little more, because I can, but thats what I had today. Limit yourself to one soda a day if you need to.
Try doing a balanced healthy diet with calories spread out througout the day, it keeps your body from going into starvation mode, and keeps you full.
In 4 weeks I have lost 20 pounds. Doing a similar diet (different choices of food though, and different quantities from what I eat) my Girlfriend has lost 14 in the same amount of time.
But at 112 pounds, you dont need to lose weight unless your trying to audtion for the role of starved beggar or Refugee from a foreign country.
Instead of dieting, realize you probably have a great body, and just need to generate some self confidence.
-Cheers

no...you'll get very sick if you do that every day. you need all of the top food groups every single day.. grains, dairy, meats, 2 fruit, 5 vegies. if you eat all of these every day you will eventually lose weight. i've been doing this since 1st jan this year and have lost 10 kilos which is about 1 kg a week. i don't really need to lose any more either but i'm still eating the main food groups everyday just a little bit more of each..this way my wieght stays as it is now...btw...you don't sound like you need to diet anyway..

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
