He's probably been suspended for the umpteenth time. He'll no doubt be back in another incarnation soon.
I guess it's his way of lightening up the nasty atmosphere that this forum can sometimes take on. I think his questions are hilarious, and it's always a challenge to come up with an equally off-the-wall answer.

He was in the R&S section because it is highly populated, which means that he will have a higher chance of people viewing his erm...retarded questions.

Some days he needs a longer recharge than others.
