I also have 4 year old. When she didn't start talking around age 2 I got worried.I was told everything would be fine and that she'd start soon.Well she didn't.I got ahold of a speak therapist when she was 2 1/2. They started slowly just working on getting her tounge stronger (games where she had to use her tounge like sticking it in/out or licking a lolipop). Then they started on sounds. You know A says aaa. Then they went to putting two sounds together so on and so forth.Well they did so well that she started to play read(babbling.)After a couple months she started using words and now I can't get her to stop talking!!She talks about everything.Try and find a local "Head Start" (preschool)and ask about a speach therapist. They will have more info and can help you alot more one on one.

Good luck and God bless!

Both parents should start doing meditation through the process of self-realization under the guidance of an experienced spiritual teacher and pass the power gained by them to the child. The child should show improvement in six months to year depending on the amount of surrender that the parents put in their selves and the universal self. Side by side, parents should take the help of speech therapists and neurologists also.

See a doctor. He could have autism, speach or hearing disorders, past trauma (brain, or post traumatic distress). He needs to be evaluated. This isn't normal. At his age, contact the school district in your area to be evaluated for speech therapy through CPSE (the committee on preschool special education).

Fastest way is to make them to be in company with similar age children and play with them, try to talk with them. This will improve the condition and as days go they will become normal
