Usually within 24 hours, but when you start taking it, drink lots of fluids, and don't stop taking it as per you prescription directs. You may get thirsty, so drink any thing except for alcohol and caffiene.

In my experiences, it seems to bring the symptoms out more, before squashing them. Sometimes, even after the bottle is gone, all the symptoms are not gone.
