A 3 year temperature rise is not a significant indication of global warming phenomenon.
A period of global warming on Earth that lasted over 100 years is a different story.

Obviously there are no cars or cows on Mars, but we don't need to look at Mars to determine if the Sun is getting hotter. We can measure it very well with Earth orbiting satellites. It isn't getting hotter, or at least not enough to notice.

Mars cows fart propane and have ignitors under their raised tails, which tails look strangely like heat shields.

The sun is a star. Stars get bigger as time goes one until they get really big and "go out". Is it possible the sun is getting bigger which would produce more heat.
