Gee, I hope not. My six year old son lives on peanut butter!! His pediatrician said that it won't hurt him, but that there is a lot of sugar in it. But, it also has good things in it too. As to your question about it backing you up, I highly doubt it--peanuts usually make you go more and with the oil in there, you should have no problems.

Well, peanut butter is kinda fatty, so I wouldn't eat too much of it, even though it is SOOO GOOD!!! Just find something healthier to eat, or eat it less often in smaller portions. You could always eat a little bit of peanut butter with some apple slices. Make sure you look at the Nutrition Facts on the back of the jar thing for specific details, like how much peanut butter counts for one serving, how much fat there is, and how much of everything else there is. Then you can know what you've been eating and know how much you can eat every now and then.

Eat it, but you need a little something to go along with it. Try mixing it with some syrup or something. Tastes better to. Grew up on the stuff, still alive today.

no with all the oils in it i don't think it could. the only thing bad about peanut butter is it's fattening.

try all natural pb adams has an all natural pb and jiffy has all natural that tastes prety good. If its not all natural it contains hydrogenated oils which clog your arteries
