hi, i'm using windows mail mere with excel. the numbers which is in windows words isnt the number excel caculate. can i know why is it? e.g in excel the amount is 55.55, in windows words it's 55.553. a additonal decimal more.

In Excel, you have the number of decimal places set to two. To change it, right-click the cell or cells and choose Format Cells/Number/General and you can choose the number of decimal places.

Reminds me of the time my accountant is trying to catch spreadsheet totals errors using the calculator. Hadn't to heart to tell her that excel calculates to more way more than 2 decimals even though 2 decimals are shown.
