ok so me and my boyfriend are planing to go over to romainia and get married hopefully in translyvania at the castle and i was wundering how you would go by doing this because i know you have to get your marriage lisences in the usa then go over there and do that so would you just like have to talk to someone over there about it like a wedding planer or somthing i need some help....

Try talking to a travel agency. Most have dealt with similar request and will know how to go about the process. Congratulations.
