I think that that's really annoying and yea, I'd say it's offensive. If you kiss a guy, it should only be because you want some kind of relationship from him. Being friends doesn't allow you to kiss or do anything else like that. Kissing a guy just for fun throws the guy completely off and just isn't right.

I don't think so... But it really depend if I have feeling for that girl or not... If just flirting or fun, I don't think I will mind it or offended with it..

Nope I wouldnt be offended but i d know that i did something wrong with her since after she kissed me she told me she wants to be friends.Maybe lack of chemistry?I acted clingy?Or the girl get back with her ex?Or someone else?There are many factors on that.But acting offended is childish.
