i am a 12 year old vegetarian and i want to be as healthy as possible. i dont excerise much, only in PE. i eat a light breakfast, and i think i should eat more for breakfast. at school i eat cheese pizza for lunch everyday, which i think is not the healthiest choice...what do u think i should eat more of? and what are some good foods for vegetarian that have a lot of protein and zinc? and anything healthy actually.

Try this website, it has good foods divided into categories by nutrient, vitamin, etc. even though it doesn't have all of them. Zinc is at the bottom.

Try eating more fresh fruits and vegetables. Grilled cheese sandwiches, tofu, veggie burgers, ect. There are plenty of things you can eat as a vegetarian. As a vegetarian do you eat fish and seafood because they are very good for you. Some vegetarians do others don't.
