You don't get dangerous decomposition (breaking down) of acetminophen, nothing really bad will happen, but the decay will reduce how effective it is and taking more to compensate for that may end up dammaging your liver...>.>

No problem. The date is put on by the manufacturers. If it was kept in a cool place(not over 90 degrees) it does not deteriorate rapidly.

Sure. I've taken Acetaminophen that was much further past its date than that. Still worked, and no ill effects.

I wouldn't take it...after the expiration date, the chemical composition of medications start to change. I'd recommend throwing it away.

You can drink it but it loses its effectiveness or atleast a partial amount of its effectiveness. buy fresh aspirins

Toss it out.............it can go bad but most times it loses its affectiveness

no, i wouldnt use it. it is not good, that is why medicines have expiration dates.
