How should I ask her out?

This would be my first girlfriend, so I have to ask. I like this girl a lot and i am almost positive that she likes me too. We have spanish class together and she came to my basketball tournment with my friends sister. We went to my other friends hotel/resort and went in the pool. There, we talked a lot (about a 1/2 hour talk) and then realized we had a game in a half hour. We walked back to the hotel that we were staying at and had another deep conversation on the way back. We hung out a lot over the course of the weekend. When the trip was over we talked a lot in spanish class for the next week, then on friday we watched a movie and got to choose where we sat. One of her best friends practicly begged her to sit by her, but she still decided to sit and talk to me. Then, when today came, she asked me to wait and walk to class with her, and I did. So I was wondering, what is a good way to ask an 8th grade girl out?

i mean just like get her away from all the people, and you can ask her, or ask her to go to a movie and ask there they always seem to like that, i mean if she likes you it shouldn't end up mattering how you ask.

A:) I hope you are in the eighth grade yourself.
B:) If you are the nervous type, I would write a note and put a rose in the note, and then tell her that she is prettier than the rose. Then if i were you the day before you do this (give her the note) ignore her and see if she talks to you just to be absolutely positive. But I know she likes you without a doubt.

Stare at her in the eyes, with a soft smile. Say, will you go out with me blah blah...

Do it somewhere quiet and private. It'll seem more romantic that way. Good luck.
