sounds pretty good, but i dont think you need to be on a diet. that being said, there is nothing wrong with eating healthy. you may want to think about a bit of variety though. eating the same thing everyday will get boring and you will get sick of it. not too mention the fact that there are other vitamins that you need that you may not be getting from the food you eat.

dont forget to give yourself a treat every now and then. there is no point in denying yourself stuff - everything in moderation is my key.

unless you are vegetarian, i would suggest eating red meat at least once a week - or something high in protein and iron. your body needs it. women in particular often dont get enough iron - but it is extremely important that we do. steamed fish is also a good choice - very healthy and full of good stuff, plus it tastes yummy.

the food pyramid is there for a reason. if you just follow that, you cant go wrong.

i also cant eat in the morning - even though whenever i say that people still say i should. well, i would - but it makes me sick so what is the point? i think it is better to not eat anything than to eat something and throw it up and feel sick for a few hours later. but thats just me.

No, you need to eat more!!! Keep eating the way you do an you are going to end up anorexic! This "diet" is not healthy for anyone. My sister tried "diets" like this and she didn't see results because when you deprive your body nutrients that it needs you aren't going to see much of a difference in your body. Your body is going to store your fat cells to use it for energy. Long story short my sister kept eating less and less to see results and ended up anorexic!

What you really need to be asking yourself is why you are so obsessed with everything you eat and you only weigh 98 pounds. You do not need to diet and you don't even need to be worried about your weight or what you eat. If you are self conscious you need to be exercising, not dieting like this.

At the very least, if you are going to continue with this "diet" please take vitamins!

(i wouldnt know, i dont own a scale). anyways, i think u need to gain some weight. good job on eating so healthy! but right now u need more fat in your diet. not too much, but a healthy amount of fat.

It sounds like a very healthy diet to me....but the only thing i would change personally would b mayb stop eating a 9:00pm cause that may leave u with extra calories that ur body won't burn while u sleep. But other wise keep up he healthy diet.

It doesn't sound like you even need to be on a diet; you are still growing after all. But I would agree that you probably shouldn't be eating at 9:00 at night.

if you only eat those things every day its probably not healthy. you need different types of foods to get different types of nutrients. at least you're eating all day.
