Is it possible to worry enough to make you sick. Yesterday something happened which i cant stop thinking about and since then it seems as if i have the stomach flu. I am as sick as i can be and i think it caused from my nerves worrying. Is this possible to make yourself sick?

Yes,I have got the runs a number of times when I would worry about something serious.Would sometimes vomit and I would have the shakes.Of course you will not get a fever from worrying.

yes. very much so. your mental and emotional health can definitely affect your physical health. through stress, i have developed anxiety attacks in the past (where you feel like you can't catch your breath). i have also had stress and worry cause my to lose my hair in the front. i am still growing my bangs back (they used to be as long as my long hair). the first step to making yourself feel better is to realize what is causing you such worry. the second is to figure out how to eliminate that particular thing from your life. if it doesn't help, seek a professional or talk about it to a good friend. good luck! :)

Yes they even say stress kills more people now than ever it causes heart problems. Also you can worry yourself sick . For some reason it lowers your immune system and you get sick.

worring will make you sick to your stomach. it will ruin your consentration give you an upset stomach ect. get your mind on something else positive worring want help or change anything been there done that .try to take one day at a time

yes it is possible. i did it all the time last year. headaches,dizziness,throbbing muscles, can't sleep.
