I got all 4 pulled at the same time. I was a lot of pain the first day, but I stayed drugged up. The next day it wasn't very bad. It's something you got to get done or it's going to be worse pain once the nerve is exposed.

You really should get it taken out before it gets infected. The problem is that food can now get stuck inside the holes in the gums and start to rot. Just go to the dentist and get the teeth removed.

Here there was a child on the news that died from a tooth infection. It spread to his brain and he never recovered. Not saying that will happen to you but an infection is inevitable and you better get it taken care of before it gets worse, and the pain will get worse the longer you wait! Good luck !

Get them out ASAP! I kept putting off having them pulled because of the expense ...big mistake! One ended up abscess and came out in little pieces...SO NOT FUN!! The longer you wait the more the dentist has to dig! Load up on Tylenol 3's, jello, puddings, and chicken noodle soup. And Ice bags come in handy for the swelling! Couple days...Lots of sleep...and CONSTANTLY rinse with salt water....you DO NOT want dry socket....the dentist will explain....

You should have them removed as soon as possible. Once infection sets in, it can affect your overall health. If they abscess, you will understand the real meaning of pain. Suck up the pain and get them out now. You will be fine in a day or two.

if they're dark gray than they are dead................have 'em pulled. It's not that bad. Just a little needle........maybe a bone grinder. Or a drill to get to the deep parts.........Nothing serious
