I lost 40 lbs by simply:
a) ditching my husband
b) dating hot men who wanted me to look good, too (motivation!)
c) jogging and swimming A LOT

I agree to drink heaps of water and cut out the carbs like bread, rice, pasta, cereals,potatos etc and start doing some light excercise something like walking the dog.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND EAT LOTS OF APPLES AND GREEN BEANS!

Apple and water and Green beans have only FEW FEW FEW calories and WALK OR JOGG! = )
