we've been hanging out alot but we can't have a relationship because he's leaving out of town soon so we decided to be friends but when i was with him he hugged me and then kissed me off guard.....i was shocked......what does that mean if he is doing that?

it could be that he likes you and just wasnt able to control himself from expressing it.
it could also be that he is testing the waters, wanting to see how far he could go before you oppose his actions.
if i were you i wouldnt put too much meaning into it, because i think u like him for if not you wouldn't be bothered why he kissed you in the first place. if he likes you then he should have the guts to tell you that, because if he can't then you will be at the losing end for you will be expecting that he likes you and when he gets tired all he has to say was that he can't remember saying that he likes you and it was just a "friendly" kiss.

Easy..he got caught up in the moment. Happens all the time. Don't think of it as anything more unless he asks you on a date or to be his gf. Don't have sex with the guy because you will just be a "booty call."

ah... it could be he really has feelings for you and just doesn't know how to tell you, or that he's a jerk and kissed you for the fun of it and knows he won't have any commitment since he's leaving town
