No. You get cavities all by yourself. It helps to clean your teeth after meals, when possible,
regular dental checkups, flossing. You can't get cavities from anyone else.

WHILE IT'S IMPOSSILE TO PICK UP CAVITIES FROM OTHERS, THE SAME CANNOT BE SAID OF OTHER BACTERIA, ESPECIALLY THOSE INVLVING GUM DISEASE.
PERIODONTAL DISEASE CAN BE TRANSFERED TO A MATE, ESPECIALLY IF THE MATE'S IMMUNE SYSTEM IS ALREADY WEAKENED BY A LACK OF PROPER DENTAL HYGIENE.
