dont feel that way! everyone has their own looks and shapes and thats what makes everyone unique. so who cares if your overweight? if you just have confidence and show it to others, no one is going to care because YOU don't care.

IF you are are young, than don't worry about it...people are overly superficial in school. As you get older, you will meet more open minded people. Don't let rejection turn you into "Oh nobody wants me..." Use it as motivation. Most of the time, people just aren't getting to know you..and once you meet someone that loves your personality and get over the flaws that you have on the outside...you will be happy. I always met people online, and talked on the phone with them, before meeting them in person.
But you will never be happy with anyone else until you are happy with yourself. Go on a walk around a block or two in your neighborhood, after school/work, and don't drink any soda..and you will drop like 5 pounds..that's what I did...and as you get used to walking 2 blocks up it to 3 then 4. And if its rainy..do some weight lifting..Cheer up, and go get em tiger!

How do you feel about yourself? You have to first build your confidence. Believe it or not, I had a neighbor, and a lot of other men tell me that they prefer heavy women! I was heavier when I was in high school and thought the guys didn't like me because of that. Years later, one guy told me I was a "honey" and that he really cared about me! It's really all about how you carry yourself, and whether you have confidence in yourself. If you feel that you aren't your best and you want to lose weight, start exercising and watching what you eat. Try eating 6 small meals a day, and stop eating several hours before you go to bed. Play up your assets. Maybe you have pretty hair. Play it up. Maybe you have pretty eyes. Accent them. Don't go looking for love. It will find you.

You should not worry about yourself. Even if your too fat, or fat that you don't like what you look. :)
If you want to have a date go for it. Don't be shy. Or if you want to loose some pounds, maybe you should try this three day diet. It works. Really ;)
You can try it if you want. Here is the effective 3-day diet scheme:
Instructions:
Drink 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day.
You can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods.
DAY 1
BREAKFAST
Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal
1/2 Grapefruit or Juice
1 Toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
LUNCH
1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 Toast
Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal
DINNER
3 Oz. any lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
1 cup regular vanilla ice cream
DAY 2
BREAKFAST
black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal
1 Egg
1/2 Banana
1 Toast
LUNCH
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
8 regular saltine crackers
DINNER
2 beef franks
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream
DAY 3
BREAKFAST
black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal
5 regular saltine crackers
1 oz. cheddar cheese
1 apple

1 boiled egg

1 cup tuna

1 cup cauliflower
1 cup melon

Yes, when I feel fat, I try to lose a few pounds. Have you tried that? However, if this is not an option, I would make yourself look as good as you can: get highlights, new shoes, a hair cut, a manicure and pedicure.. Why not exercise and get a massage? Then, when you feel your absolute best, the world will respond to you as though you are your absolute best. You will be armed with the condidence when you feel that you look great, so go out and start looking hotter!

From one PHAT person to another, go see the movie "PHAT GIRLS". I got a lot of insight from that movie and learned how to look at myself in a different view. Not saying it will work for you, but give it a try. Just 3 months after changing my view of myself I found someone that I never thought would give me the time of day and we have been dating for almost 6 months! Go watch the movie, eat some popcorn and have a great time!

Loosing weight fast -
If you go to school or whenever, Early as possible, Go walk or jogg. Jogg - 20 minutes. Walk - 40 minutes.
I did this and drank alot of WATER and ate alot of apples and I lost weight!
Remeber an apple has no calories, and is healthy, So if you eat alot of apples then you won't eat alot, and you will loose weight because when your walking or Jogging you will loose more because your burning more than you take in.

You shouldn't let that stop you! You have nothing to worry about! If you truly think your weight is a prob, just know that your beauty comes from within! My boyfriend thinks he is so over weight, he's only 200 lbs, but I think he is the best thing in the world! :D

loose weight. if you're a guy you might have better luck - a lot of girls, including me, don't mind dating fat guys. they can be kind of cute unless they are morbidly obese.
