How many categories of evolution do you know of?

I asked a question a few days ago, and was suppriesed by how many people think there is only one catagories (field or type) of study of evolution.

I was just woundering how many you know of?

I only know of two main categories, evolution within a species which can be demonstrated and proved and macro-evolution, evolution where one species becomes a totally different species which cannot be proved or even reasonably supported when factors like statistical probability are added to the equation.

Depends on what you mean by evolution. If used in a general sense every facet of science, society, culture, religion, etc. can be considered a category of evolution.
