Absolutely he should. The United Nations charter has a provision which was agreed to by the United States formulated by the United States in fact, after World War II. It says that from now on, no nation can use armed force without the permission of the U.N. Security Council. They can use force in connection with self-defense, but a country can't use force in anticipation of self-defense. Regarding Iraq, the last Security Council resolution essentially said, “Look, send the weapons inspectors out to Iraq, have them come back and tell us what they've found -- then we'll figure out what to do from there.” The U.S. was impatient, and decided to invade Iraq -- which was all pre-arranged of course. So, the United States went to war, in violation of the charter. Making the war in Iraq an “illegal” war. Plus Bush lied when he said that Saddam was addicted to WMD.

No No No

What is the point of your question? We are doing the right thing by making Iraq a stable country with democracy. Sorry, but get over it. If you didn't want to go to war so bad, then maybe you liberal morons would have done more to get elected into office. Bush didn't do anything wrong. Quit trying to make up bs to get your pointless argument across. He won't be tried, he didn't commit a crime, he is helping the US and the world by getting the evil out of that country and into the jails were they belong.

You should be tried for not being a patriotic American who takes pride in their country. What a lousy excuse for an American. Get a life.

we would have to arrest YOU for treason, and actions unbecoming an American citizen. you would be found guilty. ever notice during a presidential run for the white house all the bone heads coming out in support of anti government and over throw of our way of life. if you think Hillery and Jane don't do it you don't know do do about the Clinton history, the Arkansas history they hope you voters have forgotten.

The true source of terror (Saddam) was tried for war crimes and was hanged and any WMD could have been moved out of the country since we gave them months notice?!?

FYI: "cos" does not equal "cost" and "lifes" does not equal "lives".

No because after 9/11 I think he knows what he's doing and he doesn't want to forget about that day and doesn't want to see that day happen ever again either.

Which war crimes did he commit and what articles would you prosecute them under?

Of course he shouldn't. I mean, geez. Look at all the good we've done there.

3,000++ Coalition troops dead.
60,000 Iraqi civilians dead.
Most of the country without power.
Insurgency/coalition activity destroying the place faster than we can put it back together.
Secret prisons in countries where torture is legal.
Mercenaries used in interrogations because the Geneva Conventions don't apply to them.

Face it, you commies. We're the best thing that could have happened to the place. Our bombs are the bombs of freedom, and we freed the heck out of those people!

Millions of post-war homeless Iraqis can't be wrong!

That is a tough question to answer without sounding like a traitor.

However I think King George should be held responsible for all the deaths caused by his selective interpretation of special intelligences manufactured for. oops I mean presented to him prior to the start of hostilities..
