guys would you do this:
i was going out with this guy for 4 months.
and then out of the blue he breaks up with you.
and the night before you catch him talking to his ex at a praty.
and today people are saying that that is why he broke up with you.
would you break up with your steady girlfriend to date your ex?
what should i do about it?
(ex is a a very mean backstabing person.)

I wouldn't leave my girlfriend (if i had one) for anyone or for any reason, unless they cheated on me or unless I somehow STOPPED liking them. Even if I left, it would be for a good reason, not because there's a hotter girl waiting.
This guy doesn't really care about you and only wants the best for himself. But obviously he doesn't realize that you're probably the best for him. His ex didn't work out before, why should she now? I suggest that you leave him and don't turn back. It's his loss that he lost something (someone) good. In a week, or a month, she'll be gone, you'll be long gone, and he'll be sitting alone thinking "Why'd I leave her? I'm so lonely..."
Just look forward to that day when he's left with nothing. Hey, maybe you'll find someone new before that even happens.

Well, personally, if the Ex is hot, then I'd break up with my steady girlfriend to date her. And I think she is just a mean backstabbing person to you personally because you were the guy's Ex too. So technically, I would probablly do that if the Ex was hot. For you, I say move on and find a better man fo your life. Good Luck out there!

I will only break up with my girlfriend if there's no more love between us... If still I love my ex and can't forget about her, I will talk with my girlfriend about it, and see how to solve... rather den dump my girlfriend and go for my ex... its a very irresponsible and selfish action...

the longest ive ever been out with a chick is 3 weeks ...what should you do about it hmmmmmmm...just think how many other guys you could have dated in 4 months and stop dwelling on the past and move on...

Well he broke up with you. Were you in love with him? If you were Im really sorry that happened. Ive had that happen to me before and I know how it feels. If that really is why he broke up with you, hes not worth the tears.

I don't know how old you are, but your best shot is to move on and don't look back. If you can't trust him now you never will be able to.

even if he DIDN'T go after his ex, he is obviously not worth your time - any guy who dumps a girl without warning is a super loser.
