A mix of juices and sparkling water is light and refreshing.

Here are a few recipes:

NOD-A-COLADA (pineapple)
2 oz. pineapple juice
unreconstituted
4 oz. water
1oz. coconut cream 1 oz. half and half
6 ice cubes
pineapple wedge
cherry
Prepare in a blender on high until smooth and creamy about 30 seconds. Pour into hurricane glass. Garnish with pineapple and cherry and serve with a straw. Makes 10 oz. serving.

ORANGATANG
1 cup orange juice 1 cup cranberry
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium
speed until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.
PINEAPPLE - ORANGE TWIST
1 part Grenadine
4 parts Orange Juice 4 Parts Pineapple juice

The proportions are approximate, vary according to taste. Mix
together, serve with lots of ice.

Non alcoholic pina colada =) very summery and yummy a million cup sparkling pineapple chunks a million cup unsweetened coconut milk a million banana a million/4 cup ice cubes 2 teaspoons honey, non-obligatory Pineapple wedges, for garnish guidelines In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice and, if needed, honey. Make a smoothie using frozen fruit and fruit juice and/or yogurt. Just whip it all in the blender. Tastes great and is healthy!

They sell frozen fruit in plastic bags in the freezer section, so all of the peeling, chopping, and freezing is already done for you.

Hawaiin Heart Throb:

4 oz strawberries
2 oz Coco Lopez
3 pineapple rings
1/2 banana
1/2 oz grenadine

whip it up in a blender and enjoy :)

a smoothy is really nice, and tried a milkshake those are good too
get a blender throw in a couple fruits and some ice their's your smoothy, for a milkshake get your favorite i cream and throw in about 4scoops, and then poor in some milk there you go you get a milkshake
