I know its not possible to all of a sudden be in shape in a week and everything but is it possible to improve fitness atleast a little bit?

well, depending on how you work out and your body weight. losing weight is burning your daily calories. so if you are asking if you could burn some calories yes of course you may lose a bit depending on how much time you put exercising.

Sure. If you workout and cut out some carbs, sodas and junk, you can drop a coupe of pounds and that is an improvement. It will take several weeks to really notice but hey, you didn't get in the shape you are in now over night. Check out this information and get some more ideas.
