The rubber is worn and it makes so much noise, i don't want to throw things when I still think I can use it.Thanks.

believe it or not, you may want to buy a brand new trainer/exerciser.... the replacement parts are not worth the money

If you can get the "wheels" out take them down to your local hardware or boating store they should be able to fix you up with a set of neoprene rollers.Cross country skiing simulator isn't it.

This is not really a cycling question someone in the general fitness catergory might be a better source.
