Use as little water as you can but don't let it get dry, if you are doing this cooking on top of the stove.

If you want broth, then cover the chicken breast with water and onions and celery chopped up help flavor it.

You can microwave it too. You will want to put a lid on it. Helps to keep it from drying out. Microwave it till the juices run clear when you put a fork partway in, and not pink. Then what is good is to slather orange marmalade on the top of it and microwave just 30 seconds or so more, till the marmalade melts a tiny bit.Delicious or any other marmalade or even jelly you may like.

You can also light fry the chicken breast in a bit of butter.. a pat or two and medium heat. Brown on one side.. turn over, brown a bit on the other. Put a lid on and when juices run clear the chicken is done.

Baking a chicken breast is good too. You will need a bit of water or a pat or two of butter because chicken breasts dry out easily. I would use a medium heat oven and again I would cover the dish with foil or a lid. Again, cook till juices run clear and not pink.

Put the chiken in a saucepan. Cover w/ water, however much that is. Add some salt and pepper (peppercorns if you have them), a couple bay leaves, ¼ onion or onion flakes or onion powder, a couple cloves fresh garlic (or garlic powder), maybe half a carrot, half a stalk of celery, if you have that. Salt is a must!

Cover and bring to a boil. When boiling, reduce heat to simmer (next to lowest number) and simmer about 20-25 min. Remove chicken, set on plate and allo wto cool. Save liquid in pot for soups or stews (strain and freeze).

don't boil, bake. Skinless chicken breast needs dry heat. Please don't boil it I am begging you! Bake it at 350 for 18 min depending on the size. If it's really big check it, if it's pink in the middle bake it untill it's not. Oh and brush a little oil on it and sprinkle with some salt and pepper beforeyou put it in the oven.

Do you really want to boil it? If so, let your water reach boiling on high and boil 6-7 min. Make sure there is no pink in the middle. You can season your water with lots of salt and whatever other flavors you might like. Good luck!

Boil enough water to cover chicken, in a pot on the stove, not microwave. Once boiling, drop chicken in for 10 minutes.

Bake the chicken instead! Gas mark 5 (I'm assuming you're from the UK) until it's no longer pink inside. Rub the outside with a bit of olive oil and poultry seasoning first.

I hope this is what you're looking for
