Take an antihistamine such as Benadryl or Claritin there's non-drowsy form too. Please see your doctor and he/she will refer you to an allergist and the allergist will test you out to see what allergens you are allergic too. Since you live in MO and I live in between MO and KS , more than likely it is pollen and pollen is high and the weather is so unpredictable. Also try steaming under heat.

Well it depends on where u are. If your outside, you have seasonal allergies or allergies to pollen, If you indoors then it is perennial allergies which means your allergic to dust, pet dander, etc. The only way to stop it for now is to take an antihistamines either to the nose or orally.

sounds like a pollen allergy, or grass. whatever it is, its something that's airborne. try taking regular allergies pills such as claratin or whatever. this can happen if it gets windy, or rainy or even just smoggy in your area.

depends where you live. could be something in the environment where you live or in your home. a change in humidity may cause it or the wind. i myself am allergic to every plant in the state i live in. i have to get allergy shots every week. before i went to an allergist i found that tylenol allergy sinus worked, but that was prior to them changing the ingredients (thanks to meth users). my daughter uses claritin and that works for her. you can also try benadryl, but it may make you sleepy.
