do cardio, drink lots of watr, sty away fom jfood (i.e chip and cookie) instead of having pizand fres or lunchhav an egg salad sandwhich with a salad. stay away from sweets and u will lose the weight...maybe not right away but you will.

Old saying - Older you get, Harder it is to loose weight.

The answer to your question is *Yes*, Because your body is not fully developed and if you be healthy and eat good and exerise alot then your body will say, Hey this is fun, and you will wanna do it alot.

Loosing weight fast -

If you go to school or whenever, Early as possible, Go walk or jogg. Jogg - 20 minutes. Walk - 40 minutes.

I did this and drank alot of WATER and ate alot of apples and I lost weight!

Remeber an apple has no calories, and is healthy, So if you eat alot of apples then you won't eat alot, and you will loose weight because when your walking or Jogging you will loose more because your burning more than you take in.

No fast food. No diet pills. Moderate portions at mealtime. Salads with low fat dressing. Exercise. Exercise and drink plenty of water. If you lose too fast it will be very easy to put the weight back on.
