1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Form dough into a ball, wrap in plastic and chill at least 3 hours or until firm enough to roll out. To cut out and bake cookies, roll half of the dough, on a lightly-floured surface, ¼-inch thick. (Make sure dough is cold while you are working with it.) Cut into desired shapes and place one-inch apart on baking sheets. Decorate with sprinkles, sugar, nuts, etc. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight containers.
