If there's a God, there has to be a devil. Jesus believed in the devil, and he's not a dude in a red jumpsuit with a tail and a pitchfork. Who do you think is responsible for all the evil in the world? Is it possible, friend, that you have been deceived by Satan into believing that he doesn't exist?

Why do you care what other people believe? Some people would think that you phrasing a question in such a way is immature and childish.

Why is it so childish? Satan is real, as is God. It's so very important that you know that, because it determines your eternity. Jesus died on the cross so that you could be saved from spending an eternity with satan. I hope and pray that one day you will be presented with the truth, because it's the most important thing that need in your life.

some have been taught at church for many years that these things exist. some people see good evidence in the world and would not consider themselves immature. some would quote the bible as support for their belief, since they may believe everything in the bible. as for me i might use those words to communicate something.

uh, because God says that he exists?!?!?! you didn't say wether or not you believe in God, but if you do, then you have to accept what he says about himself and the history of the universe. satan fell from grace before we were ever created and has always tried to destroy everything that God created because he couldn't be equal to God. If you don't believe in God, then the question is in itself a sign of your immaturity.

Because they don't have critical or questioning minds, and like to believe whatever their parents instilled in them, during their formative years.Perhaps also it gives them a sense of comfort to hang and to old beliefs first learned or experienced in childhood.Like a infant feels comfort from a favourite teddy bear,or their mothers breast.

Satan is not just immature he is a real piece of trash.
No rational person would ever believe in Satan. But we know he exists for two reasons. No 1 the Bible. No 2 just look around you sometime.

Satan isn't a red man with a pitch fork. He is the spirit of evil and darkness that rules the world.
