I just had all four wisdom teeth removed on friday (three days ago) my stitches are all already coming apart and poking out of my gums. Is this too early? I am afraid that my gums will come apart without being held by the stitches. Help!!

No it is fine.
They should have put dissolvable stitches in and they can start coming out at any time.
They wouldn't put them in if they thought your gums would bust open and bleed out.
They should be out all together in a few weeks.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out and that was a B*tch. My whole face was so swollen and bruised and I couldn't eat anything. Pluse they gave me too much of the med they give to knock you out and i was out of it for a the rest of the day. I don't even remember how i got home or anything. And the meds made me so sick I was throwing up, that is all i remember.

But you will be fine...they should start dissolving right away...it took mine around a week to ten days to be fully gone

Are they dissolving stitches? Well I quess they would have to be. But anyways, I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out 2 years ago and the same thing happened about 3 days after the stitches started to come out and it lasted for about a month or so. You have nothing to be worried about it's completely normal. It's more annoying then anything.

Lay down and rest, whatever you do. If you have a fever, or your mouth is bleeding, call your dentist.
You should not have had all 4 teeth done at once, anyway---it's too much stress on your body.
