Do men go through a type of "period"?

Question

We have mammory gland but we don't use them, for the most part anyway. But how about monthly mood swings. Once in a while, I feel cranky or just pissed. I don't know why. I'm aware of it but I can't rationalize with myself for a reason why. I'm not sure if it's actually a monthly thing but when it happens everyone just rubs me the wrong way. Are they're other (straight) guys out there that this sh*t happens too?

Yes, men have monthly testosterone cycles that predict changes in mood and temperment. However i don't think they come as rhythmatic as women's cycles do
