ford f250 steering locked up??

put the key in the ignition, turn it 2 clicks, but don't start the engine. and turn the steering wheell to the left, steadily and hard. you will hear a click, and will unlock

Power steering belt came off , steering box locked up , steering shaft coupler broken , steering column bearing seized , ball joints frozen or broken power steering pump frozen or broken , parking pall lock in place . Could be so many things need more info

What year is it ,4x4, engine size ,when and hope did it happen???Are the tires pointing in the same direction or opposite directions??
