How can i (politely) let persons besides me know that they got bad mouth smell ?

Offer them a tic tac or a piece of gum and you have one also, so that they are not thinking you are just offering it to them cuz of bad breath.

If they are open-minded (like me), say, "will you do me a favor and exhale your breathing away from me". they would say, "oh, sure (blush), sorry". If you do not sense they are open minded, stand up and relocate yourself so you do not have to suffer.
