hi there this is very tasty and very filling !!2 slices of bread thick !with butter and then cheese cut quite thick with pickle now adays you get salad with it as well and the odd pickle beside.......it is named that as when the farmers where out ploughing there fields all day it has all the nutrients that youneed for the afternoons work .......its the same as miners wedding cake .....bet you have never heard of this one either ........it basically is 2 slices of bread with cheese and jam .....if you are in americe that is jelly to you .......you should try it .....very tasty .....good luck and take care xx
