I would not recommend Red Bull, or some of the others, since they contain ingredients that are not appropriate for the activity you have in mind. You are looking for a mental pick-me-up, so try Gingko Biloba, it can be found in some drinks, but it's best to obtain it in a more potent liquid or tablet form. Health food stores and supermarkets carry it. Another aid to help you study is Lecithin. Both may help INVIGORATE your mind, and utilise your memory.

Im sure it the experience varies from person to person but when I drink a red bull or another energy drink (Prefer Rockstar...do I get any money for tossing that name out...jk) I generally tend to get a wandering mind who likes to go down the yellow brick road and play with todo but it definately will give you energy. Try it out for yourself

These drinks are all full of caffeine and are highly addictive, they are a short term pick up just like coke or coffee and will not make you healthier in any way. Stay away from them and try eating correctly. If you need something to help stimulate your brain go to a health food shop and purchase some ginkgo. Good Luck
