i just had a drug test but i could only fill the cup to @20cc. is that enough for them to test or will i have to go back?

That should be plenty, unless they're doing something like a DOT (Department of Transportation) screen, then they would separate the sample into two different containers......then that wouldn't be enough. You should do fine. Best of luck to you.

20cc ought to be fine I would think, in practice, I suspect that use a lot less than that - a few drops I think for most tests.

At least half a cup. Or a sample card that you put in the urine right away.
