She meant it - she just doesn't want to hurt your feelings. And women hear the "I was drunk" excuse enough from men that she probably figured you should believe it.

A drunk person's words are their sober thoughts. She didn't mean to SAY it.

Don't buy into that bull.If she can't be responsible enough to say thats enough,you don't want to be with someone like that anyway.She will keep using that same excuse to do what she wants.
