First of to answer your question. No it's not a heart attack. If you were haven a heart attack it would be these things happening not all happening or they all might happen depends on the person haven the heart attack like one vomiting getting sick or like pain in the left arm or any where or pain in the chest or feeling week dizzy shortness of breath an that is some of thing the things that are signs of a heart attack but ask a doctor there maybe more as for as your sign show a muscle cramp.

Ps. Go see one if worried that is what the doctor would say.

No no not by any means. Were you or someone else to have a heartattack they would feel pain. Also its left arm not left wrist. What you experienced was probably just a short muscle contraction, natural, coulda been from anything

Most likely a spasm. It happens to me at times. But if it bothers you , get it checked out. You might be lacking something.
