help me please...is this bad

it's probably hives, ives are red and bumpy and defiantly itchy, you need rubbing alcohol and baking soda to put on your body that is infected. this happens because of your immune system is allergic to something.

Very difficult to tell. Try applying a hydrocortisone cream to see if it helps. It may be anything from a skin allergy to poison oak. Have you been in contact with any plants? Do you have bumps anywhere other than your arms? May be the onset of chicken pox. If the rash continues, see a doctor for treatment.

a red rash that is bumpy & red & has pimples sounds to me like a bad case of acne=get a disinfectant soap and clean area well if it doesnt work see a Dr

i dont know. It could be a contact allergy. Did both of your arms come into contact with something foreign like a new laundry detergent or something metal? Is it itchy? if not, this isnt likely.
