I'm fourteen. Ever since I was a toddler I've ALWAYS been chubby & pudgy. I'm tired of it. Is it possible for me to become slim & slender, & no longer by chubby? Honest answers please. Thank you!

Yup, same as everyone else, exercise more, eat less. You may be a little big boned so you may never be really petite, and that's okay, but if you're actually over weight and have too much body fat, that's very changable.

Good luck to you!

Some people lose all their baby fats at the age of 19-21. This is pretty true as i see pple around me undergoing that change. But it varies for different people. Sleeping alot burns calories as well. Just make sure u work out more than what u take in..exercising is a lifelong activity that u might want to adopt and implementing it into ur lifestyle.

the only way to lose weight and keep it off is by speeding up your metabolism. you can try something called oolong tea, but i suggest lifting weights, that's the best and quickest way to speed it up. don't worry, if you train and isolate only certain muscles you won't get muscular. if you're school has a weight room, go to the leg press machine and, instead of pressing with your whole foot, press with only your heel -- this will isolate your butt. your butt is the largest muscle, so it's the fastest way to speed up your metabolism. furthermore, it will make your butt seem more full and firmer, which is always a great thing. plus, you won't get the muscular look anywhere on your body and you'll have a nice butt (it won't look all muscular, it'll look naturally nice).

I know exactly how you feel. I'm 18, and desperately still trying to break it. It's horrible.
I try and try and try and try.
That's all I can say.
Try. And try real hard.
