Alberta is one of ten provnces in Canada. Huge province with different weather and features in the various sectors. However no city in Alberta would be considered the greenest in Canada. If you are looking for green as in plants and evergreen trees, look to Vancouver and the west coast (wet coast to some and therefore a nice place for trees and plants to grow up).

Edmonton might be considered a green city, in Alberta standards, because of all its parkland.

Alberta isn't a city. It's a province.
