i really need to lose weight. ok well im a girl im 5'3" and i weigh 155lbs, can u please help me? i want to lose at least 45 lbs.

work out more than what ur taking in. I'm gonna sign up for a 1 month course spending my time in e gym working out & taking classes since it's e holidays now. Losing weight isn't about not eating, just take in appropriate servings and also exercising is v important. Gd luck~

exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

You need2do exercise that works on all your muscl group like a workout or aerobic, it is cardiovasscular and so gets ur heart pumping and jkeeps body healthy
skipping, running, swimming and trampolining also very good
