Since never gave a starting point I will use the distance
from Beacon Hill Park located in Victoria ( Vancouver Island)
to St. Johns, Newfoundland

There is a sign in both places informing you that you are
standing in front of mile 0 of the TransCanada Highway the other is located in St. Johns

The aprox distance is 4790 miles or 7650 kilometers

Taking the 1 1/2 long ferry ride from Victoria to Vancouver

You are on the # 1 Highway or TransCanada

Travelling at least 10 hours a day would take 7 days
plus

Or simply 78 to 80 hours straight driving without stops

a long time
just to get across Newfoundland with out stopping is a 12 hour drive plus the ferry ride is 6-8 hours then it's about 3 days drive to Ontario
then another 4 days to British Columbia
plus you'll be missing a Provence or two if you just go strait across and you won't get to see the 3 territories
so I'd give it at least 8 days if you don't sleep much

Please, pick what your starting and ending points will be.............that really matters. We're talking about an over 3000 mile drive.
