I've asked questions here about excersice before. In 2005-2006 I lost 40 lbs. I'm 16, 5'4 and now 140 and I still got a stomach. I really wanna get abs soon. I can feel them under that annoying layer of fat too. For the past 2 months my last 10 or so lbs just wont come off. I'm constantly struggling. The lowest it got was 139 and then went back up to 140. I'm dieting, I do sneak like a cookie here and there and usually if I ever eat ANY sweets theyre diabetic snacks because my dad is a diabetic so I eat alot of the food he does (lots of whole wheat). I'm really getting tired of my stomach.
Please how can I loose it in a month or so (around the time for spring break and prom lol) and please don't just say healthy diet and exercise because I've been doing that for 2 yrs. I'm sorry if this is coming off rude, I dont mean to be, I'd just like an answer that really can help me. I've also heard of Isagenix but I'm 16 and I cant order it and my mom thinks its a scam. Any help is appreciated!

I do 30 minutes of cardio everyday and work out 5-6 days a week. I actually havent changed my routine. Mosty I do the 2 same cardio machines, abs, and only if I have time in about an hour-hour n 30 do I do weights.
My gym only has bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals. Its pretty big but theres not much I can change on cardio.

you can't get abs simply by dieting. it won't work. you need to work out. and if you want a 6 pack, you're going to have to work out a lot. start running 3 miles at least 3 times a week.
and the body suit thing (person above me) won't work. it just makes you lose water weight, not fat. then when you drink something it'll come right back.

CONGRATS on the weight loss last year!
1 - Reduce the "sneaked snacks" and avoid the fake diabetic snacks they can be worse than the real thing as it relates to putting stuff in our systems. You may wnat ot beging a food journal to track everything - yes EVERYTHING you put into your body - those occassional sneaks may be more often than you realize.
2 - Keep exercising, you are still growing. Change up the exercise routine each day
3 - Isagenix is okay for kids, not a scam and you do eat real food while on the program
4 - I began having my weight issues around the age you are now (i'm now in my40's) and the ONLY thing that has worked is the Isagenix program. have your Mom contact an Isagenix coach (mine is at mal-fox@hotmail.com) to ask questions and really learn about the program.
Good Luck - and don't get too obsessed - there is much more to life that actually matters for us to worry about.

chill out little dude. You only way like 140 and you're not finished growing yet. I can't say your ideal weight according to the quacks at the AMA, I just know mine, cause I'm 6' 3''. They say I should weigh like 210 lbs, but that would be like looking like a track star and having a 34 inch waist. I weigh 255 right now. So don't be so hard on yourself. Just make sure you are getting cardio 5 times a week for 30 min.

don't despair, many people have the same problem...including me. have u tried changing your workout routine? the last thing u want to do is have your body adapt to the rountine of your workout, because then it'll adjust so that u burn less calories when doing those same exercises. cheating once in a while is fine, cuz if you don't , you'll end up binging at the end of the day. try different exercises, because as everyone knows, our bodies are different, and u must lose fat overall in your body. you're body wants to maintain proportion and if you only focus on one part of it, it will become harder and harder to tone that part of your body when your other body parts are neglected. my suggestion is to try pilates, join an aerobics class or do target exercises for your abs. do the proper crunches that are meant for toning, cuz if u don't you'll just build muscle under the layer of fat. plus, everyone has abs, if we didn't ...we'd be hunchbacked! anyways good luck with everything

A lot of us have that same problem with the damn belly that won't go away.
I tried doing pilates, and it helped a lot because you exercise and tne your core. So you tone abs and legs. Are you doing enough cardio? About 45 mins 6 days a week should be enough.
Drink lots of water, that helps clean all the toxins and prevent bloating in the stomach. I hope that helps!

I heard that diabetic and sugar-free candy's are horrible for you. They're full of crap that's even worse than the regular versions.
...that's just what I hear.
And that could be contributing to your plateau.
Also, cardio is the best way to get your body into weight-loss mode again.

I personally use the system and I would be happy to talk with your mom about it. It is not a scam. It does come with a money back gaurantee.
I would personally be happy to talk with your mom and even do a 3 way call with someone who has lost 152 lbs with the program and kept it off.
If you would like more information please email me at bignlild@msn.com
Good luck
