I'd like to make/send postcards with my Daisy Girl Scouts. Are there any specific requirements to them? Can I just use card stock or something?

I meant that each girl would be able to color on one side and address it on the other. Is that good enough? I know many people make their own postcards, do they have to be a specific size?

If you go to your local art supply stor, they will have blank post cards with one side completely white and the other containing all of the things printed on an ordinary post card, or you can order some online @ http://www.artsuppliesonline.com/catalog.cfm?cata_id=2674
this will save you the worry of all of your postcards being rejected or sent back to you!

Yes, just make and design your postcard, first of all. Then just add a stamp and write your Daisy Girl scout symbol/name/mark. Then you should be able to send the postcard that way. Make sure to add a R in a circle, or a restricted sign just in case for safety reasons. You could also, instead of R, use a C in circle.

Different sizes cost different prices to send, the United States Postal Service website should have the current rates. Make them 4 x 6 inches (standard size) and you'll be fine. And yes, regular card-stock paper will work alright. Just make sure it isn't gloss :)
