is there any food/ or drink that i can consume in large amounts that wont hurt me and will help me loose weight

Ice, frozen grapes, popsicles, sorbet, apples and peanut butter, a banana, an english muffin (don't eat in large amounts - eat one as a small meal with jelly)

green beans are healthy and low in sugar/ however just one food will not help you lose weight in my opinion because you wont get the proper nutrients for your body to function and if you do lose weight on one food your body's metabolism would be messed up from under-nourishment. however i am not a doctor.

Popcorn (natural not butter) is a great snack that is actually pretty decent for you! Everything should be eaten in moderation, but popcorn will fill you up so it won't be that bad to splurge once in a while :)

I drink Diet Lipton Green Tea. It's calorie-free and supposedly raises your metabolism. =]
