Can I use vicks vapor rub on my 12 month old son?

Before the age of 2 I was told to dilute it with vaseline. It worked well with my son. I would use equal amounts of vaseline and vicks vapor rub.

They have baby vicks vapor rub..just check the store.. i saw it there the other day... hope your baby gets well soon..
