Eat all the fruit you can stand, but try and balance it with other foods from the food pyramid. Fruit is good for you, but you need veggies and protiens as well. Try mixing fruit with other foods like peanut butter, or salads.

not much..
fruit contains a lot of sugar, maybe 1-2 portions per day. Vegetables (colorful vegtables etc..) are better for you, less sugar, more fiber etc..
