there are many things said in the bible that suggest that ghost are demons trying to fool people. why would a demon want to fool us humans you might say? simple ! the devil always contradics god, and he trys to make us do the same thing. for example in the bible god says the dead dont come back to hunt or neither they know nothing "need proof"!! ..here u go:It's in the Bible, Ecclesiastes 9:5-6, 10, NIV. "For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward, and even the memory of them is forgotten. Their love, their hate and their jealousy have long since vanished; never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun. in the other hand the devil trys to make people think the opposite of what our lord says by saying that we can communicate with our love ones or by saying that they come back as ghost. with all words said (( literally)).tell me what you think.

The bible is a book based on fear mongering, falsehoods and oppression. So of course the bible will say that ghost are demons trying to cause them harm. Ghosts, entities, spirits, what ever you will to call them are nothing more than energy.
Energy will manifest itself into many different things, why do we have to assume that its evil? Just because some fictional work of litterature tells us to?
I don't think so! I will not be blindly led by some irrational belief that bad things will happen if I don't "toe the line".

My opinion, ghosts and demons are separate. A ghost is a lost soul stuck on this plane between our plane and the afterlife, They don't know they have died. A demon is sent up from hell by the devil, to do whatever the devel tell it to do.

When they saw Jesus coming across walking on the water, they thought he was a ghost, they were scare, because they didn't understand the unknown. They had no reason to be scared, it was Jesus.
Yes some may be tricky, AND TRYING TO TRICK YOU. There are many answers on this issue as there is on (R S).
I have seen six ghost and spirits and felt as many as one hundred presences, not one try to hurt me or trick me, I can feel what is the truth. God's presence came to me, no mistake on that One, I 100PERCENT knew who that was. For some of us, it's a gift from God, how could that be wrong. not everything is writing in the Bible.

The parable of the rich man and Lazarus pointed out the Bible truth - the dead cannot communicate with the living. So, be assured it is demons trying to trick you away from your belief in the Bible.

That is true. Along with Eccl. 9, there is Ps. 146:4: "His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground, in that day his thoughts do perish." When a person dies, he knows nothing. But the demons get sadistic pleasure in fooling people into thinking that their dead loved ones are still alive somehow.

totally 100% agree. satan uses anything and everything to "discredit" God and ruin mankind. If he can get people to "believe" in ghosts as departed spirits of loved ones etc, then he "bypasses" God in the human mind and destroys right fellowship as intended by God. It is one of his most seductive tricks, to use demons masquerading as "ghosts" in all kinds of forms.
